Online Check-In requires the guest to enter the personal details of a valid ID, to do this you need to download the ‘Keesy’ app before arriving at the property. When you are in front of the front door with Bluetooth access, you will be able to log in via the ‘keesy’ app.

Subject to the host’s availability, it will be possible to check in directly at the hotel. In this case, a surcharge may be added to the room rate.

In the communal area there is a machine dispensing microfiltered, sparkling or natural, fresh water.

The accommodation is in a detached house with a private entrance and all the rooms are on the first floor, which can be reached via a comfortable staircase with just a few steps.

Smoking is forbidden in the entire facility, the smoking area is outside and therefore it is necessary to leave the facility.

We have free unattended parking spaces under the structure, which cannot be reserved.

We are an eco-friendly establishment and try to limit the damage to the environment as much as possible, which is why we change the linen every three days, and in any case according to the days we stay overnight.

There is hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms and a towel warmer in each bathroom.

Each room is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV, 43″ in double rooms and 40″ in single rooms.

A hairdryer and a professional straightener are available in every room.

Room amenities include everything you need for personal cleanliness: conditioner, shampoo, shower gel, liquid hand soap, shower cap, vanity set and shoe polish.

Small pets are allowed, to be reported at the time of booking, and a surcharge is required for final cleaning.
Out of respect for other guests, it is not permitted: to keep your pet free in the common areas, to let animals on the beds, to leave your pet in the room alone.

We have equipped all the rooms with fitness equipment, in the double rooms a multifunctional bench with dumbbells, pilates ball, ring and mat; and in the single rooms small equipment: gym ball, tapettino, dumbbells, ring, yoga mat.

Air conditioning is present in all rooms free of charge and can be adjusted by remote control. Please turn it off when you are not in your room to limit consumption and respect the environment.

The municipality of Pescara charges a city tax of 1€ per person, which is not included in the room rate and must be paid in cash at the hotel.

We have placed retractable mosquito nets in each room to avoid annoying insects, and we recommend that you take care not to leave them open with lights on.

Glune-free, lactose-free, vegan and veggie products are available, but we ask you to inform us of this when booking.

Take-away food is allowed as long as you leave your room clean and separate your waste in the waste bins in the common room.

You are not allowed to use the kitchen, but in the room you will find a microwave oven, dishes, glasses, a coffee machine and a micro-filtered water dispenser.

Muscle and/or pedal-assisted bicycles can be rented directly at the hotel; we recommend reserving them before arrival to ensure availability.

The b&b is about 700 metres from the airport and can be reached on foot in ten minutes along the lighted and quiet cycle path.

Around the facility there are several options to choose from, a pizzeria 100 metres away, a restaurant inside the airport 700 metres away, a fish self-service restaurant 15′ away, a piadineria, a pub, a restaurant with local dishes, an excellent fish restaurant, a self-service pizzeria with also meat dishes all within a 20-minute walk.

Pescara is a city on a human scale …. The centre is ten minutes away by car along the asse attrezzato or via tiburtina alternatively you can take the city bus just 100 metres away tickets are available at the facility.
